Artist Submission Process

Thank you for considering Fine Line Designs Gallery as a potential representative for your work.  Whether you are an established professional or an emerging talent with a fresh and creative look, we encourage and invite you to complete our submission process.  We accept submissions in all media except photography.

If you feel that your work meets the artistic level reflected in the current artwork we represent, please submit the following materials: Submission period is September 1 - November 30.

1. 10-15 images of recent work executed within the past two years. Images must be on a storage device in a jpeg format. Submissions will not be reviewed via email and we do not accept appointments to view art.

2. Include a list indicating title, size, medium, date, and retail price of each piece.  The list must correspond with submitted images.

Artist Statement and Resume. You may also include any other support material you think would be insightful.

3. Expect 6 to 10 weeks for us to review your submission. If you do not hear from us within our listed time frame, feel free reach out to us via email. Include your current address, phone number and e-mail address with your submission.

4. If you would like your materials returned, please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with proper postage.  We will not hold material.
