Oil Sticks are oil paint in a stick form. They are composed of linseed oil (a drying oil), natural beeswax to give it a rigid structure, and pure pigment. These ingredients allow the painting to dry to a tough, flexible oil paint film. Oil Sticks allow the painter to draw or paint directly onto a surface without brushes, palettes, paint tubes or solvents.
