Fine Line Designs Gallery reviews artists’ slides and materials on an annual basis, starting in September and concluding, the end of October.  We will review all artists’ images and give a written reply within six weeks of receipt of materials. Materials for submission will only be reviewed during our review period.

We ask that you please follow the guidelines listed below:

1. Please include approximately 10-15 images of recent work(completed within the past two years.)  Digital images are acceptable and are preferred.  Digital files must be a JPEG format. Submissions will not be reviewed via e-mail.
2. Include a cover letter, resume, artist’s statement along with the title, size and price of each piece.  You may also include any other support material you think would be insightful.
3. Include a self addressed stamped envelope for the return of your materials.  We will not return submissions without your return postage.
4. Please do not send original artwork.
5. Allow 4-6 weeks for a response.  If you do not hear back from us within that time period, please feel free to call.
